It is important to note that understanding these terms is necessary to ensure our services and the relationship with our users, including their acceptance. DEFINITIONS

  • “E-MAIL MARKETING”: Sending Infoproducts, comprising any situation or agreement in which Nova Vaga sends one or more text messages to an email address regarding the services.
  • “USER”: any individual, 18 years of age or older, the sole owner and possessor of a valid email address registered on the PROVIDER platform, supporting the email correspondence service (E-MAIL) provided by it in our “QUIZ.”
  • “OPT-IN”: refers to registering, subscribing, requesting, agreeing, and consenting to receiving one or more electronic messages from our team.
  • “Nova Vaga”: means the blog that manages the dispatch of EMAILS with the content of Infoproducts.

TERMS

By registering through our “QUIZ” and “ACTIVATING” our notification/message services – Infoproducts, by PROVIDING your email address to the Blog Nova Vaga, you (USER) agree to the conditions of these terms: We value the “unique” relationship with our USERS; therefore, these terms are conditioned to the USER waiving participation in any COLLECTIVE ACTION; even in case of partial or total disagreement of the USER with these terms, we will present an ARBITRATION solution (Law No. 9,307 of 1996) before any judicial solution.

ENFORCEABILITY

By registering on our “QUIZ,” clicking “Opt-In,” you affirm that you agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Email Marketing Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and General Terms and Conditions of Use. Additionally, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older, the owner, subscriber, and sole owner of the email address provided at the time of registration, authorizing the receipt of emails sent by the portal.

PROVIDERS

The dispatches of EMAILS, with the content of Info-products, are available to any provider offering the service according to international security standards and in accordance with Brazilian legislation.

STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES

APPLICABLE LAW

The applicable law in this contract will be that which applies and is in force in Brazil. In conflicts between the USER and the Info-products portal (Blog Nova Vaga), the preference order of Law No. 9,307 of 1996 – Arbitration will be followed, respecting the provisions of Law No. 8,078 of 1990 – Consumer Protection Code.

VENUE

In case of refusal to compose Arbitration to resolve conflicts with the USER, the forum to settle any judicial conflicts will be the city of Belo Horizonte.
